अबाकस पहिलाे मानव निर्मित हिसाब गर्ने उपकरण हाे । याे करिब ३००० वर्ष अगाडी कम्प्युटरकाे इतिहासमा सर्वप्रथम  चिनिया ब्यापारीहरुले बनाएका थिए । याे चारपाटे फ्रेममा काठ वा धातुका डन्डीहरु जडान गरी बनाएकाे हुन्छ । फ्रेमलाई दुई भागमा बाडिएकाे हुन्छ र त्यसलाई बिचकाे  काठले छुट्याएकाे हुन्छ । तल्लाे भागलाई अर्थ ( Earth )  भनिन्छ । जसमा ५/५ वटा डल्लाहरु हुन्छन् र माथिल्लाे भागलाई हेभन ( Heaven ) भनिन्छ । जसमा २/२ वटा डल्लाहरु जडान गरिएकाे हुन्छ । यि डल्लाहरु हातका ‌औलाले तल माथि सारेर हिसाव गरिन्छ ।अबाकसकाे मद्दतबाट जाेड र घटाउ गर्न सकिन्छ ।

Abacus is the first man-made calculating tool. It was first made by Chinese businessmen in the history of computers about 3000 years ago. It is made by connecting wooden or metal rods to the four-sided frame. The frame is divided into two parts and separated by a wood in the middle. The lower part is called Earth. In which there are 5/5 pieces and the upper part is called Heaven. In which 2/2 blocks are connected. These numbers are calculated by moving them up and down with the fingers. You can add and subtract with the help of an abacus.
